Adoption support

We deliver therapeutic work to eligible adoptive and special guardianship order families through the adoption support fund (ASF).

The ASF provides funds to local authorities (LAs) and regional adoption agencies (RAAs) to pay for essential therapeutic services for children, young people and their families.

Our ethos is to provide longer-term therapy based on an attachment and relational approach, seeking innovative and alternative ways of working. We endeavour to find therapists with skills, cultural background and approaches to meet the needs of the clients.

We have several therapists trained to deliver life story work.

We aim to deliver therapy both outreach and in-house.
