If for any reason NAOS is asked to provide a report of the sessions, e.g. at your request, then this will be shared with you for your consideration before it is provided to the person requesting it. It will be stored for 3 years.
NAOS will store information for no longer than 3 years and no less than 2 weeks depending on the information provided. Our computers are password protected to ensure the safety and protection of your information. NAOS can provide detailed information regarding this on request.
Access to information:
You can request access to the personal information NAOS holds on you and except in limited circumstances where we are not permitted to do so for legal reasons, we will provide this information to you within one month and can be looked at in session or at a mutually agreed time in the NAOS office.
If you feel any information that we hold that is incorrect and to ask us to delete any information that we hold about you is inaccurate then you are able to ask me to update your information. If you want NAOS to delete your information for any reason then please put your request in writing to us and we will endeavour to do so unless we need to keep it for legal or internal business purposes
